The University of New England is pleased to offer 20 scholarships for international students. Scholarships are available for postgraduate degree programme. University offers a number of general and subject-specific funding schemes. The aim of the scholarships is to attract the best and most motivated people to  University of New England. The University of New England is a public university in  Australia  with approximately 21,000 higher education students. Its original and main campus is located in the city of Armidale in northern central New South Wales. Applicants must have previous degree. The University of New England requires applicants from countries where English is not the principal language to provide a result of an IELTS test undertaken within 2 years of this application. INEC Permenant Voters Card Is Out, Check If Your ID Is Ready, and Apply for New INEC Permanent Voters Card (PVC)

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) was established by the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to among other things organize elections into various political offices in the country.
The functions of INEC as contained in Section 15, Part 1 of the Third Schedule of the 1999 Constitution (As Amended) and Section 2 of the Electoral Act 2010 (As Amended) include the following:
  1. Organise , undertake and supervise all elections to the offices of the President and Vice-President, the Governor and Deputy Governor of a State, and to the membership of the Senate, the House of Representatives and the House of Assembly of each state of the federation.
  2. Arrange and conduct the registration of persons qualified to vote and prepare, maintain and revise the register of voters for the purpose of any election under this constitution;
  3. Conduct voter and civic education. 
  4. Applicants are allowed to re-apply for the INEC Voter’s Card on the condition that the information on the previously issued card will be wiped off i.e (deleted)
